Carnforth Community swimming pool works closely with local medical practice health professionals to establish links within the National Health Service to provide swimming for those who need it to promote health and wellbeing in the local area.

Our classes are instructor led and consists of around 20-30minutes of gentle exercises and stretches. The rest of the time is your to do whatever you like whether that`s having a chat with others in the pool, practice your swimming, carry on exercising or speaking to your instructor for some help and advice, it is totally up to you.

It is a warm welcoming atmosphere for anyone to come along and give it a go - we`ll be shocked if you dont go away smiling!
